shipping method:
tina j uses the US Postal Service for all of our shipping. You are able to choose first class, priority mail and express mail and the pricing is based on weight and destination. All customized orders with the exception of holiday card orders will ship 7-10 business days after final approval of your proof (an exception is made regarding holiday cards. due to the nature of the business, orders will ship 2-4 weeks after your final proof.)

tina j does not take returns on any customized product.
Thus, the approval process is VERY important. please be sure that you proof, double proof and triple proof. Once we receive your approval, we are not responsible for ANY error. Be sure to triple check phone numbers, spelling and addresses.
Purchases made from our ready-made line can be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of the invoice date. We will refund you 100% of the purchase price. A tina j store credit will be issued for returns after 30 days on unopened and unused items only. |
